Before the entire Panel: Defendants Chiquita Brands International, Inc., and Chiquita Fresh North America LLC (collectively Chiquita) have moved, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1407, to centralize this litigation in the District of District of Columbia. This litigation currently consists of the six actions listed on Schedule A, which can be further described as follows: two shareholder derivative actions pending in the District of District of Columbia and the Southern District of Ohio, respectively, and four actions involving alleged violations of the Alien…
