This suit is brought by the executrix of a wife against the executrix of her husband, to enforce the payment of a debt which, it is alleged, the husband owed to his wife at the time of her death. Hannah Chetwood, the first -wife of Dr. George R„ Chetwood, died on the 25th of January, 1878. She left a will, which lias been proved, and letters testamentary granted thereon to the complainant.
