“On December 21, 1923, your complainant became the holder for value of another note in the amount of two thousand dollars ($2,000.00), executed by the said T. G. Fisher and endorsed by J. V. Moore, G. D. Horner, W. D. Williams, E. M. Kellogg, John T. Daniel and J. A. Byrd, bearing date November 20, 1923, and maturing March 20, 1924.
