Appellant, Johnnie Goff as next friend and natural uncle of Joyce Marie Goff, a minor six years of age, filed suit on behalf of said minor against appellee, Lubbock Building Products, a corporation, for both actual and exemplary damages by reason of a collision between an automobile and a truck at a road intersection in Lubbock County, which collision resulted in the death of R.
