(2) Tbe deed executed by Andrew Haeli to tbe defendants Wilhelmine Rollins and Louise Anderson on tbe sixth day of March, 1878, was certainly valid and sufficient, at least between said grantor and defendants, to vest in tbe defendants all tbe right, title and interest of said grantor in the real estate in said deed described.…

This is a bill in equity by the widow of- Andrew Hach to set aside a voluntary conveyance, made by the husband to his children by his first marriage and before his marriage to the plaintiff, on the ground "that it is a fraud upon the plaintiff’s inchoate right of dower and to the homestead.

Andrew Hach, a man sixty-seven years of age, and a widower, with grown, married children, owned a homestead on the corner of Tenth and Mound streets, in St. Louis.
