MARTIN, Chief Justice.
An appeal from a judgment of the Supremo Court of the District of Columbia entered upon a verdict for the appellee, in an .action to recover upon a life insurance poliey issued by the appellant.
In the lower court this case was eonson dated and tried jointly with Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company v. Eugene C. Gott, now on appeal to this court as No. 5842. 62 App. D. C. -, 68 F.(2d) 426. The cases relate to two separate life insurance policies issued by the appellant company upon the life of Sidney West, and various questions involved therein are common to both…
