This was an action on a policy of insurance on the life of plaintiff’s intestate.
The complaint alleged the issuing of the policy, the death of the insured, the furnishing of proofs of loss, and the refusal of the defendant to pay; also, generally, that the insured and the plaintiff had each fulfilled all the conditions of the policy.
