Huston v. Sioux Falls Township

This is an appeal from a judgment entered in the county court of Minnehaha county upon the findings of fact and conclusions of law made by a referee. The action was brought by the plaintiff to recover the sum of $104.30 for service of himself and team in repairing a road in the defendant township. The referee found in substance that the plaintiff, in the months of April.
