DIES, Chief Justice.

Petitioner, Betty Joe Meshwert, sought divorce from her husband, Gene Meshwert, and a property division. Judgment was entered dissolving the seventeen months marriage, dividing the property, and awarding petitioner attorney’s fees, from which respondent husband brings this appeal.
