— On the 14th day of March, 1923, in Cause No. 14421, a default decree was entered in the district court of Iowa in and for Marshall County, against the petitioner herein, on a petition for injunction filed January 31, 1923, by the State of Iowa upon the relation of Roy L. Pell, county attorney of Marshall County, Iowa.
