OPINION

BLISS, Presiding Judge:

Appellant, Gary Leo Jennings, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was charged, tried, and convicted in the District Court of Oklahoma County on two Informations, heard together by agreement, for the of-fence of Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon drawn under 21 O.S.1971, § 645. His punishment was fixed at one year in the county jail for each offense. From said judgments and sentences, a timely appeal has been perfected to this Court.
