This suit is what is commonly called a farm liability action. Robert Paul Hinriehs secured a jury verdict in the amount of $12,500 in the Circuit Court of Winnebago County for the personal injuries sustained in a fall on March 28, 1959. The suit was against Lester Gummow, for whom Hinriehs, the Plaintiff, was working, when injured.
