Defendants Robert Lillis, Leonard Pas-tore, Anthony DiLullo, and Mary Fish-MacDonald appeal from so much of an order of the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut, José A. Cabranes, Judge, as denied their motion for summary judgment dismissing claims against them by plaintiff Anthony Golino under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (1988) for malicious prosecution.
