This cause comes before the Court pursuant to Defendant DePuy Orthopaedics, Ine.’s Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. # 32). Plaintiff Chapman filed a Response in opposition thereto (Doc. # 36) and Defendant DePuy, with leave of Court, filed a Reply (Doc. # 43).
