This is a declaratory judgment action concerning an insurance policy taken out by a condominium developer. Campus Edge Condominium Association sued Arlington Properties, Inc., the developer of a condominium, in state court, alleging that it had misrepresented the condition of the property and that hundreds of thousands of dollars in undisclosed repairs were required.
