MEMORANDUM OPINION

RICHARD J. LEON, District Judge.

Plaintiff Sandra Banks (“plaintiff’) brings this action against defendant Michael J. Astrue, Commissioner of the Social Security Administration (“defendant” or “Commissioner”) pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) (2006). Plaintiff seeks to reverse the final decision of the Commissioner, who denied plaintiffs application for disability insurance benefits. 1 Before the Court is plaintiffs Motion for Judgment of Reversal and defendant’s Motion for Judgment of Affirmance.
