Wayne Risch (“Appellant”) appeals from a decision of the Circuit Court of Greene County, the Honorable Max E. Bacon presiding, which found that he owed his former wife, Jan Risch (“Respondent”), $3,770.09, plus interest, for breach of a verbal agreement by which he had promised to take sole responsibility for payment of a home equity loan secured by the couple’s marital home.
