This is a suit in chancery, in the Circuit Court of Grant County of The Baird-Gatzmer Corporation, a corporation, against Henry Clay Coal Mining Company, a corporation, and others, in which the plaintiff seeks to have set aside certain deeds conveying approximately 5,256 acres of land, situated in Grant and Tucker Counties, the first of which was a deed from William T. Lively, Special Receiver, to Henry Clay Coal Mining Company, a corpora tion, dated February 16, 1946, and subsequent deeds for the same land, on grounds set up in the bill.
