Plaintiff Steven Quinlan brings this diversity action against defendant National Marine Manufacturers Association, Inc. (“NMMA”) 1 pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1332(a)(1) for personal injuries sustained while working at the New York National Boat Show (the “Boat Show”) held at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center (the “Javits Center”) in New York City on January 4, 1996.
