THE COURT.

This is a proceeding to review a recommendation of the Disciplinary Board of the State Bar that petitioner be disbarred.

Petitioner was admitted to practice on June 13, 1962, and has no prior disciplinary record. He was charged with the violation of his oath and duties as an attorney (Bus. & Prof. Code, §§ 6103, 6067, 6068), with deceit (§ 6128, subd. (a)), wilfully violating former rules 11, 13, 15, 16 and 17 of the Rules of Professional Conduct in effect prior to January 1, 1975, and the commission of acts involving moral turpitude, dishonesty and corruption within the…
