This case involves the claims of Plaintiff Fleet Bank of Maine (hereinafter “Fleet Bank” or “Plaintiff”) for foreclosure of two mortgages under Title 14 M.R.S.A. section 6321 et seq. and for collection of amounts due under a promissory note (hereinafter “Note”) and an Equity Line of Credit agreement (hereinafter “Equity Line”) that are in default.
