Perkins v. Headley

This was an action upon a contract of subscription. The case was tried before the court sitting as a jury, and the plaintiff had a verdict and judgment, from which the defendants prosecute this appeal. The case very closely resembles the case of Perkins v. Bakrow, 45 Mo. App. 248. The defendant in that case and the defendants in this case were subscribers upon the same subscription paper.
