This appeal is from the decision of the Patent and Trademark Office (PTO) Board of Appeals affirming the final rejection of claims 10-19 (see Appendix), all the claims remaining in appellant’s *1383application, serial No. 870,946, filed October 8, 1969,1 entitled “Manufacture of Semiconductor Device.” We affirm.
