UNDISPUTED FACTS
Based on the summary judgment record the parties have compiled and placed before the Court, it appears that AMD is a wholesaler of candy, tobacco products, and groceries in Massachusetts and other New England states. Southland is the owner of the 7-Eleven service mark and convenience store chain. 7-Eleven stores are operated by individual franchisees.
