Appeal from a judgment of the Monroe County Court (Robert B. Wiggins, A.J.), rendered December 22, 2010. The judgment convicted defendant, upon a jury verdict, of criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree (two counts), criminal posses*1467sion of a weapon in the third degree, and criminally using drug paraphernalia in the second degree (two counts).
It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from is unanimously reversed on the law and a new trial is granted.
