| ,The plaintiff claimed that he was retained to perform architectural services on behalf of the defendants and that he was not paid for his efforts. The individual defendants denied the allegations and asserted that they were not liable individually because they were acting on behalf of a limited liability company. Further, the defendants asserted that the portion of the plaintiffs claim seeking reimbursement for subcontractor fees had prescribed.
