PICKETT, Judge.

Republic Fire and Casualty Insurance Company (Republic), a defendant in the case before us, appeals a judgment of the court denying, in part, its motion for summary judgment, which found that the umbrella insurance policy issued to Larry and Johanna Jeane provided liability coverage for the damages suffered by the injured plaintiffs.
