Plaintiff Mark Lyman (“Plaintiff’ or “Lyman”), 2 an activist affiliated with the Survivors Network of those Abused by Priests (“SNAP”), brought this case asserting various civil rights violations stemming from protests in front of the Holy Cross Church in Albany, New York.
