Mark, J.), rendered July 2, 1990, which convicted defendant, after a jury trial, of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree and criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, and sentenced him as a predicate felony offender to two concurrent terms of 4 Vi to 9 years imprisonment, unanimously affirmed.
