OPINION OF THE COURT

Mollen, P. J.

The defendant appeals from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County, convicting him of murder in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. The judgment should be affirmed.

Defendant was convicted of murdering a fellow prison inmate. The chief prosecution witnesses (Morales and Davis) were two inmates who saw the stabbing take place and identified defendant as the perpetrator.
