MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
TOM S. LEE, District Judge.
INTRODUCTION
Plaintiff, the Secretary of Labor, brought this action pursuant to the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C. § 201 et seq. (FLSA or Act), alleging violations of the Act’s minimum wage, overtime, child labor and recordkeeping provisions. The cause was tried to the court. Based on the evidence adduced at trial, the court makes the following findings and conclusions.
