VANCE, Justice.
Orren W. Grogan appeals his conviction for indecency with a child, for which the jury assessed punishment at confinement for life. Appellant presents five grounds of error. In grounds of error one and two, appellant contends that the trial court erred in denying his motion to dismiss the indictment for violation of the Speedy Trial Act and erred in admitting into evidence the testimony of the State’s witness, Dana Goodwin.
