The respondent, the commissioner of correction, 1 appeals from the judgment of the habeas court granting the amended petition for a writ of habeas corpus filed by the petitioner, Ahmed Kenyatta Ebron. The petitioner had alleged that because his counsel failed to advise him to accept a very favorable plea offer he received ineffective assistance.
