A. INTRODUCTION

Before us is a Motion of the Debtor, AWB ASSOCIATES, G.P. (“AWB”), for a determination of its real property tax liability on its only asset, a parcel of real estate located at 1421-1521 Admiral Wilson Boulevard, Camden, New Jersey (“the Proper ty”), for the years 1985 through 1992, to the City of Camden, New Jersey (“Camden”). AWB contends that, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 505, this court has the authority to assess the value of the real property for ad valorem real estate tax purposes in all years subsequent to its purchase of the Property…
