William Gabovitch, Trustee of St. John’s Nursing Home, Inc., appeals from a decision of the Bankruptcy Court denying his motion to reassess the value of certain of the estate’s real property, redetermine the associated real estate tax liability, and order a refund of any overpayment of those taxes.
