Relator Virgil V. Mott, Sr. complains of the trial court’s 1 October 8, 2003 “Judgment of Contempt and Commitment Order,” which ordered that relator be confined in the Fort Bend County Jail for his failure to turn over to a Fort Bend County Constable 200,000 shares of Mott Petroleum Corporation stock to satisfy a judgment debt to real party in interest J. Kelly Joy (“Joy”).
