OPINION

WHITE, Judge.

Appellant was convicted of capital murder, namely murder during the commission of, or while attempting to commit, robbery. See TEX.PENAL CODE ANN. § 19.03(a)(2). Following the presentation of pumshment evidence, the jury returned affirmative answers to the four special issues submitted to it. See TEX.CODE CRIM.PROC.ANN., art. 37.071(b)(l)(2) and (3). 1 The trial court sentenced appellant to death. TEX.CODE CRIM.PROC.ANN. art. 37.071. Appeal to tMs Court is automatic. Art. 37.071. We will affirm the judgment and sentence of the trial court.
