*376¶1 Alex Salas was injured on a construction site. He appeals rulings by the trial judge admitting evidence of his immigration status and expert testimony by Hi-Tech Erectors’ principal, and the court’s denial of a proposed jury instruction. Hi-Tech Erectors cross-appeal a pretrial limitation on its witnesses’ testimony and a grant of partial summary judgment in which the court held as a matter of law that Hi-Tech Erectors violated a Washington Administrative Code provision governing safety standards for ladders. We affirm.
