On October 20, 2011, the government filed a Juvenile Information (“Information”) against defendant Juvenile Male (“the defendant”) charging him with one count of conspiracy to commit murder in aid of racketeering, 18 U.S.C. § 1959(a)(5); one count of murder in aid of racketeering, 18 U.S.C. § 1959(a)(1); one count of brandishing and discharging a firearm during a crime of violence, 18 U.S.C. § 924(c)(l)(A)(ii) and (iii); and one count of causing the death of another through the use of a firearm, 18 U.S.C. § 924(j)(l).
