This is an appeal from an interlocutory order appointing a receiver to take charge of and preserve certain first mortgage bonds issued by the Merrimac Building Company and delivered to appellant in payment for certain real estate belonging to the estate of appellant’s deceased husband, and sold by appellant to one Fuller.
