ALARCÓN, Senior Circuit Judge:

Defendant Horace Flennory (“Flennory”) appeals his sentence of 106 months. In a five-count indictment, Flennory was charged with 1) two counts of being a felon in possession of a firearm in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g) (Counts One and Two); 2) possessing an unregistered short barrel shotgun in violation of 26 U.S.C. §§ 5861(d) and 5871 (Count Three); 3) possessing a controlled substance with intent to distribute in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) (Count Four); and 4) carrying a firearm in relation to a drug trafficking offense in violation of 18 “U.S.C. §…
