This is an appeal by Larry M., a juvenile, (hereinafter “Appellant”) 1 from an order of the Circuit Court of Harrison County transferring custody of the Appellant from his parent to the Department of Health and Human Resources (hereinafter “DHHR”) and authorizing his placement out of his home.
