Michael Moecker (“the Trustee”), the liquidating trustee of Debtor Lentek International, Inc. (“Lentek” or “the Debtor”), appeals the summary judgment granted to the law firm of Greenspoon, Marder, Hirschfeld, Rafldn, Ross, Berger & Abrams Anton, P.A. (“Greenspoon”) and Blodig (collectively, “Defendants”) by the bankruptcy court. Moecker also challenges interlocutory orders of the bankruptcy court upon which the summary judgment was based. We find no error in the bankruptcy court’s decisions and affirm the judgment.
