2Per curiam

Appellant, Frederick Spencer (“Mov-ant”), appeals from the judgment of the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis denying his Rule 29.15 motion for post-conviction relief after an evidentiary hearing. Following a jury trial, Movant was convicted of three counts of forcible sodomy, section 566.060 RSMo (1994), 1 and three counts of rape, section 566.080. Movant was sentenced to five years imprisonment for the first count of forcible sodomy and five years imprisonment for the first count of rape, the sentences to run concurrently, and ten years imprisonment on each of the remaining counts…
