Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Ulster County (Czajka, J.), rendered August 28, 1998, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crime of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the second degree.

*687Defendant entered a plea of guilty of the crime of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the second degree in full satisfaction of an 11-count indictment. At the plea colloquy defendant admitted that on February 5, 1998 he possessed heroin and cocaine weighing in excess of two ounces. Thereafter, County Court sentenced him to four years to life in prison.…
