This case comes to this court by transfer from the Supreme Court (364 Ill. 626). A bill of complaint was filed by appellant in the circuit court of Lake county. Mr. J. E. Bairstow, an attorney of said county, was appearing as the attorney of record for appellant on April 28, 1936, pursuant to his appearance entered as such attorney, filed April 23, 1929.
