RAGGI, District Judge:
Plaintiff Donald Korenyi, a ten-year employee of the New York City Department of Sanitation, sues the Department and the City pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 for alleged deprivations of constitutional and statutory rights in connection with his employment.
