James Blasic sued Chugach Support Services, Inc. (“CSS”) and Chugach Alaska Corporation (“CAC”) for violating 42 U.S.C. § 1981. Pending are renewed cross motions for summary judgment (Paper Nos. 82 & 90), Blasic’s renewed motion to exclude the Defendants’ expert (Paper No. 88), and the Defendants’ supplemental motion for summary judgment on damages (Paper No. 163).
