The automobile in which she was riding at the time of the accident belonged to Ella Depfer, the appellant, and was being driven by Nora Walker, sister-in-law of appellee. In October, 1931, Laura Alise Walker instituted this action against Ella Depfer seeking to recover damages in the sum of $10,000.00 for her injury.
