Plaintiff-Appellant-Cross-Appellee Jo Davis Hallingby (“Jo Hallingby”), as Executrix of the Estate of Paul Hallingby, Jr. (the “Estate”), and Defendant-Appellee-Cross-Appellant Mai V. Hallingby, now known as Mai Harrison (“Harrison”), both appeal from a March 3, 2010 order of the district court (Marrero, J.) granting in part and denying in part both of their respective motions for summary judgment.
